JON ORNÉE - TEAM LEADER/CHIEF IDEA GENERATOR
Jon has a super diverse background that has allowed him to acquire a pretty unique set of skills - all of which benefit his clients. He’s been the Lead Singer/Songwriter of a touring rock band; the "Out of the Box Director" on a chaplain staff at a college; a Designer, Creative Director, and Marketing Consultant; A Health & Life Coach. He loves using all of his marketing (and entertaining) experience, and coaching skills to take amazing care of our people.
Inside and outside of real estate, Jon loves finding fun ways to connect and create community. He’s passionate about finding creative ways to give back and invest in our community.
Jon also enjoys setting audacious personal goals that require a unique blend of athleticism, creativity, strategy, and teamwork to pull off - like swimming 54 miles across Lake Michigan, or riding his bike 100 miles @ 42.6mph. As Jon likes to say: “You only get one life. Make it Epic!”

KURT McCOOL - BUYER’S AGENT EXTRAORDINAIRE!
Matching the right people with the right properties is Kurt’s passion, and he loves helping clients finds their dream home. He always goes above and beyond for his clients and will help navigate every step of the sometimes confusing waters of real estate. Whether it is helping you write the perfect offer, or giving advice at a home inspection, you can count on Kurt’s expertise and knowledge to shepherd you seamlessly through the entire process.
In his free time, Kurt loves spending time with his wife and kids, and playing Pickleball with the other members of TEAMJONO whenever he can! He is also a longtime actor, performing Improv in Grand Rapids with his troupe, “Like Father Like Son”, as well as appearing in many local films and plays. 🎭
Fun Fact: Kurt has starred in a number of films including a rad feature film called Evan’s Gambit.😎

AMY ZEILENGA - DIRECTOR of AWESOMENESS
Amy’s positive life-giving energy, her heart for people, and her ability to wear different hats on the go 😀, make her the perfect fit as Personal Assistant to Jon Ornée. Amy loves to "work her magic” by accomplishing tasks, relieving daily stressors, and taking good care of items on Jon’s plate! Her joy is to help others succeed, embodying the teams "Cheering for You” spirit! She loves people, she loves a mission to accomplish, and she loves to have fun doing it all!
Some of Amy’s favorite things are, soaking up the sun at local Lake Michigan beaches, hiking with her golden retriever, Rosie, gardening, hanging out with family and friends, and most recently, PICKLEBALL!

CRAIG VANDERWIER - BUYER’S AGENT EXTRAORDAIRE!
Craig loves taking awesome care of people. He also has a passion for real estate and has a growing number of investment properties. When he’s not helping clients find the home of their dreams, you will likely find him playing golf, playing drums, or demolishing the competition in yard games. Craig first teamed up with Jon in the 9th grade when they formed a rock band called AG Silver. After 20+ years of making music together, including the release of 4 albums, and touring the country, the bandmates settled down to start families and bring their creativity to the business world. But the mission, vision, values of AG Silver and TEAMJONO are really the same: Have More FUN. Do More GOOD!

Danyelle is a paperwork NINJA! She is always hard at work behind the scenes making sure that all of our T’s are crossed, and I’s are dotted. Our goal as a team is to remove stress and infuse Joy into the buying and selling process, and Danyelle makes sure that that happens! Her superpowers include: Organization, Positivity, and her Can-do attitude! GO TEAM!
